Event Description 

Powered by ASICS’ “Sound Mind, Sound Body”, this curated pre-race wellness experience by Dermalogica and Pace Athletic is designed to prepare both the body and skin for race day, supporting performance, recovery and resilience in the final lead-up.

Designed as a pre-race ritual, the session blends Pilates, mindfulness and hands-on skin treatment to create a moment for guests to reset, prepare and optimise before race day.

Through movement, recovery and expert skincare experiences, guests will explore how caring for both mind and body can support wellbeing and performance in the final days before racing.

Hosted at Forme House Pilates, the morning brings together like-minded members of the running and wellness community for an intimate and immersive experience.

Experience expert-led skincare and hands-on, partnered facial treatment designed to strengthen, hydrate and prepare your skin for the demands of training, racing and recovery.

ASICS x Pace Athletic Sound Mind, Sound Body Experience
Led by performance coach Adsy Gordon and elite Australian distance runner Leanne Pompeani, this experience explores the connection between movement and mental wellbeing through the lens of ASICS' Sound Mind, Sound Body philosophy.

Community Breakfast
Enjoy complimentary breakfast focaccia from Gemelli Italian, alongside post-session smoothies and coffee by Velvet Cafe.
